New PICpatch Chaperone Seals

June 27, 2010

Innovative chaperones of The Charge, a high school US First Robotics Team, use a PICpatch Laptop Seal as a way to protect their team members and chaperones traveling on the road.  They used the Chaperone Seals to seal the students in their rooms at night by applying the label over the door and the jamb.  The industry standard is to use masking tape but this is not a fail-safe method.  The PICpatch Chaperone Seal proved 100% effective and all the students understood how well the labels worked before they were sealed in their rooms for the night.  The Chaperones slept well knowing they did not have to worry about any liability problems with students wandering the halls at night.

Uses of the PICpatch Chaperone Seals include sealing liquor cabinets or bottles from uninvited guests, sealing cell phones or other electronic equipment from being used and keeping areas off limits from any unwanted entrants.

These Chaperone Seals are a great idea. Masking tape has been the product of choice by Teachers and Chaperones, but the new Chaperone Seals cannot be defeated by anybody. I am supprised that Hotel Chains are not offering these for thier customers to use.
